I wanted to come up with a list of activities everyone could do for self care. I have done a few to stay sane these past months. Take inspiration from this list and add to it. I’d love to get more ideas.

  1. Make a smoothie

  2. Go on a walk

  3. Give/Get yourself a manicure/pedicure

  4. Stretch

  5. Watch your favorite TV show/movie

  6. Go on a drive

  7. Meditate

  8. Create a favorites playlist

  9. Light a candle

  10. Paint

  11. Call a friend

  12. Take a bubble bath/ use a bath bomb

  13. Listen to music

  14. Make a favorite meal

  15. Clean a room in your home

  16. Put on a face mask

  17. Drink more water

  18. Do breathing exercises

  19. Exercise

  20. Take a nap


I hope this list inspired and helped some of you that might need an activity to do in these times. Stay safe and healthy!
