I wanted to come up with a list of activities everyone could do for self care. I have done a few to stay sane these past months. Take inspiration from this list and add to it. I’d love to get more ideas.
Make a smoothie
Go on a walk
Give/Get yourself a manicure/pedicure
Stretch
Watch your favorite TV show/movie
Go on a drive
Meditate
Create a favorites playlist
Light a candle
Paint
Call a friend
Take a bubble bath/ use a bath bomb
Listen to music
Make a favorite meal
Clean a room in your home
Put on a face mask
Drink more water
Do breathing exercises
Exercise
Take a nap
